SUMMARY:PRE-CALL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JPND 2023 CALL: LARGE SCALE ANALYSIS OF OMICS DATA FOR DRUG-TARGET FINDING IN NEURODEGENERATIVE DISEASES
DESCRIPTION:The EU Joint Programme – Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND) will shortly launch a new multinational call for proposals for “Large scale analysis of OMICS data for drug-target finding in neurodegenerative diseases”. \nJPND launches this joint transnational call with the aim of improving the understanding of the complex and multifactorial pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases through multi-OMICS and Big Data approaches designed to find new drug targets and target biomarkers for the development of tailored and personalised treatment approaches. Proposals to this call must be ambitious\, innovative\, multi-disciplinary and multi-national\, i.e. include research teams from at least three different countries. They must be hypothesis driven and should have a strong focus on methodology. \nThis will be a two-step call\, expected to be launched in early January 2023\, with a likely pre-proposal submission deadline in early March 2023. SUMMARY:“New food resources and technologies to improve public health and food security” (FOODRETEC)
DESCRIPTION:The aim of this call is to build knowledge to prepare for and succeed with a dietary shift towards a healthier and more sustainable diet. This demands a system approach. Improved use of resources and designing new foods will be a driving force. The new knowledge will contribute to the preparedness for a future with a higher global food demand on scarce resources. This call deals with several interrelated topics\, such as food security\, food safety\, nutrition\, and consumer acceptance. It will focus on new food ingredients\, new food or technologies and their contribution to healthy\, sustainable diets. DESCRIPTION:Ya hay fecha para la primera convocatoria de proyectos POCTEFA 2021-2027 que se abrirá a las prioridades 1\, 2\, 3\, 4 y 5 del programa. \nEl plazo de presentación de candidaturas estará abierto desde el jueves 9 de marzo hasta el martes 9 de mayo de 2023\, a las 14h\, a través de la plataforma SIGEFA. \n \nLa convocatoria se abrirá un día después del seminario de lanzamiento del Programa POCTEFA 2021-2027 que se celebrará el 8 de marzo en Vitoria-Gasteiz. \nEn este evento se presentarán tanto las novedades del programa con respecto a este nuevo periodo como la primera convocatoria de proyectos. SUMMARY:Joint Transnational Call for proposals “Healthcare of the Future”
DESCRIPTION:The goal of this Call is to identify\, develop and implement innovative solutions that can inform decision-making and optimise the delivery of health and care services across different settings. These solutions should aim to make health and care systems economically\, socially\, and environmentally sustainable\, while keeping people at the centre of the care process. \nIn particular\, the Call aims: \n1. To provide the necessary knowledge to build the health and care of the future. This includes addressing several dimensions of health and care systems such as quality\, safety\, equity\, efficiency\, effectiveness\, accessibility\, sustainability\, economy\, ethics and resilience in reorganised health and care settings. By providing this knowledge\, the call aims to support the development of new and innovative solutions that can address the current and future challenges facing health and care systems. \n2. To support the implementation of innovative solutions on a larger scale.
