INTRODUCTION

Microscopy and Imaging Core Facility of the Aragon Health Sciences Institute (IACS) in collaboration with LASING, invites you to participate in the DEMO of the innovative 3D Holotomographic Microscopy technique using the Tomocube HT-X1 Plus system.

The Tomocube HT-X1 Plus is a 3D holographic microscope designed for label-free live-cell and tissue imaging. Its technology enables high-resolution three-dimensional imaging without the need for staining, preventing phototoxicity and preserving the physiological conditions of the samples. It is useful for studying cell biology and 3D cultures, including organoids, as well as in regenerative medicine and immunology, where it facilitates the analysis of dynamic cellular processes. Additionally, its compatibility with multi-well plates allows for high-throughput screening applications, optimizing analysis in drug discovery studies and other areas of biomedical research.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This event is aimed at researchers and users of the Microscopy and Imaging Core Facility at the Aragon Health Sciences Institute (IACS), as well as the broader research community in the Autonomous Community of Aragon.

IN-PERSON OR ONLINE SEMINAR

The seminar can be attended in two modalities:

In-person modality: It will take place at the Lorente de No Auditorium in the Aragon Biomedical Research Center (CIBA), located at Avda. San Juan Bosco, 13, 50.009 Zaragoza.
Online modality: The seminar will be broadcast live via Zoom for remote participation.

IMPORTANT: Participants must choose only one of the two modalities when registering.

IN-PERSON WORK SESSIONS

To ensure effective work sessions, participation will be limited to small groups of up to 4 researchers. Groups will be filled in order of registration.
